I don't believe for a second that Fraser only drinks once a year on the Queen's birthday; that's just Fraser doing his deadpan thing. But yeah, I agree definitely that he drinks only once in a while. I can't imagine he likes losing control very much. Having said that, I love some of the drunk!Fraser fics out there. They're not a deviation from OC-ness, they're an entire subgenre. *g*
