I'm glad you mentioned the run-on sentences because that's one of the things I love most about him, the way he punctuates his little tangents almost as if to remind himself not to forget to get back to the original topic.
One thing I love about Fraser is that he literally punctuates his tangents. He's got parentheses, semicolons, ellipses, all kinds of punctuation, and you can hear them when he speaks.
If you do write Fraser (which you so should!) I'd happily volunteer to Fraser-beta for you. I bet you know him better than you think you do.
