The windchill always added a whole extra layer of fun, and there were many, many winters that hit -30C that became -60C with the windchill. Thankfully the really cold -50C cold snaps weren't often accompanied with terrible windchill, although we were often better off than Edmonton, which is further south, latitude-wise, but suffered from prairie winds in the winter. *shiver*

Thanks for reminding me about the windchill factor! I think I'd mostly blocked it out ;-)
