my daughter has a friend who lives in Yellowknife. I was writing a Due South fic and I asked my daughter to ask her friend if there were any uniquely Canadian curse words.
Now, before you laugh, it was an honest question. After all, the Brit's speak English too and say 'Bloody hell', which is uniquely Brit, and the Aussie's have their own as well...
(If I'd been thinking I would've asked my cousins in Prince Albert first)
but my daughter (almost 18 and apprently lives to torture me) still makes fun- apparently you don't have unique curse words according to her friend, she said that she likes 'Damn it' and 'fuck' though...*sighs*
